I wanted to trouble you for some information. I have a Visio e220va. On the PSB the on/off power( 2 / 3 volts ) drops to zero after the TV is on less than a minute. I'm a newbie, can you tell me what I should be looking for? I have check most of the Caps much Thanks Rhetro
