    Hello I recevied dell optiplex 990 3 system motherboard did't start on. I removed prossor, ram reset bios test power swicth and hdd ,dvd connector. one motheboard was succuss, other 2 motherboard not working, anyone have idea? experiance tech. can you help. thanks
