Sorry i haven't answered sooner, i haven't exactly been paying much attention to Badcaps lately

Yeah, the Grundig/Beko psu i have here actually has *two* ICE1QS01, two FET's and two transformers. The 12v FET is indeed an Infineon 11N60C3, but the 24v FET is a Toshiba 2SK3562.

If you really need / want it, i guess i can sell/send it to you, it's just gathering dust here, for now. Well, maybe i could use it for testing some class-D stuff, but nothing "critical"
