Default High Power HPC-420-102 DF

My friends Computer while checking all the voltages I found the 5 Standby to be at 5.64v loaded when I unplugged it from the main board it reads just over six volts

My question is should I recap it.
I'm guessing bad caps is what is wrong with it.

If you mean recap the power supply, yes recap the caps on the 5V standby rail at minimum. It might be a 1000uF 10V cap that is bloated.

Also stop using the computer immediately otherwise you may fry the motherboard.

Replaced the 3 of the caps in the 5vstb.
Voltage is normal (5.1v) now but the power supply won't run it just gives one pulse.
