Default Is a "ic timekpr nvram 16kbit 5v 24-di" a snapcap?

Hi guys.
Does anyone know if the integrated lithium battery/timekeeper> IC TIMEKPR NVRAM 16KBIT 5V 24-DI
Manufacturer Part Number
M48T12-150PC1

Is this a SNAPCAP and replaceable by removing the top section with a DIP/IC extractor tool?
