Mods are currently discussing this issue of off topic posts. There has been some GREAT threads recently, some excellent technical discussion taking us places where Topcat would like the forum to go. However we are going to mod more aggressively from now on to remove the trash from the good threads and make them better for readers interested in the topic. so if your post was deleted or a selection of posts moved to lounge it is because they were off topic or useless/irrelevant.

we do like to preserve the friendly badcaps spirit and so please feel free to have fun around the forum but not on the good technical threads. mods will do the same from now on.
