Smile MOSFET Rds(ON) comparison

If you notice it, many MOSFET datasheets list the ON resistance Rds(ON) when the Gate to Source voltage is 10V.
I think this is an industry standard.
Some MOSFET datasheets (such as the CEP603) also list the Rds(ON) for lower and/or higher Gate to Source voltages.

Also there are some that is for logic level MOSFETs that can be driven directly from logic voltage.

The other issue is capacitance level on the gate. This make need for stronger gate driver to swing fast enough on gate voltages if the capacitance is high enough. Other wise the MOSFET overheats if the swing time is too slow.
