Default Cross-referencing of bad electrolytics with good ones

I think it would be helpful to have a table which cross-references bad manufacturers and/or series of electrolytic capacitors with known good manufacturers and/or series e.g. Chemi-Con KZG with Rubycon MBZ.

My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

I'm guessing #bad mfr series => in the thousands, if not 10's of thousands.
- It would be a ~REALLY~ BIG BIG table.

This guy lists 271 mfr and he's not even close to having them all, just the more common ones.

I dunno if Chinese but small mfr not related to UCC.
They don't have a website I can find.
