i used the software and it gave me the right bios password.

now its asking me for hdd password and when i put the hdd serial it tells me the serial # has to be 11digit long.

i have a serious problem here. After I removed Dell Security Manager app, my E6410 BIOS A11 started to show a pre windows (BIOS) password message, and I never configured one.
My serial number is 3YZ4DQ1-1F5A.
One more question: after the master password, the correct is to type Enter or CTRL+Enter?

Dell Latitude E6410 is the laptop, Win7 keeps looping and sometimes freezes at Windows loading logo and I'm trying to use the restore cd but cant get into the BIOS to enable dvd-rom. I forgot the admin bios password to unlock, even tried removing the coin battery to no ava, I think its a chip that has to be removed to hard reset.
