après avoir fait le calcul avec le fichier joint tu obtiendra un nouveau mot de passe pour débloquer ton laptop. a l'invite tu saisis le mot passe généré suivit de la combinaison de touche (Fn+enter). tu dois le faire sur un clavier qwerty .

What about a a service tag with asterix on it...
I have a message:
"HARD DRIVE #***5VG9JVLB-2A7B, THE SYSTEM PRIMARY HDD IS PROTECTED BY A PASSWORD "

I am having a bad time googling it. I cannot find anything hat mentions ASTERIX as part of the service tag

Try this (not 100% sure about it) I think the asterix is there to make the chars to 11, to give you a HDD password
7 chars forAdmin password
11 chars for HDD password
Try this:
Dell by hdd serial number new, j4rfhK1yZQyxy6WF

We cant do the 1D3B Passwords
Admin or HDD
Its go to dell for help or a Hack job

Good morning to all. Working on a neighbors Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop and it's locked out from Admin. Problem I'm having is that the screen shows it's locked, enter Password, but the screen doesn't show the field to enter the password. Just that's it's locked and you must enter the correct Password. Password field doesn't exist on screen. 3 pictures of the actual screen are attached showing no Password field. Any help from all is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
