The unit was killed by customer inverting polarity with an external oem supply; now no power led and no signs of life.
I found 19v,3v and 5v in several zones, and 3v on pwr btn, but would know a good point to start for. Thanks |

Start looking in the 5VSB/3.3VSB circuits.
Is it a Quanta QT8 or other motherboard model? You can try finding the schematic if you know this. |

While looking voltages (all seems good), found ENE KB3926 getting very hot, will try to replace and keep forum updated.btw happy easter to all.--m

That's the embedded controller. If you replace it you will need to reflash the firmware.
