Default autopsy of a fuji 7mbr10sa-120 rectifier/igbt module.

a spike got this one.
note the black spots in the 3 ph fw bridge.

what kind of motor or something this is used to control with?

And this is cool pictures btw. I thought I spot BeO plates soldered to the copper heatsink plate where copper tracks were deposited on the BeO plates?
