Is this capacitor any good???

Hi all. Just checking to make sure if this cap is good bad ugly.
I believe it is supposed to be .047 with a 10% tolerance. I just want to make sure Im reading this correctly.
44.89nF or .044mF
on the schematic, it is c4
So, it looks like it is just barely ok. what you guys think please.

Yes it is good
473 = 47nF = 0.047µf

The cap looks fine. C4 in series with R13 2k2 1/2W is likely a snubber cap?

C4/R13 are used to couple the A/C line for a clock reference to ic3

400V cap is more common for mains or snubbing.
