Lenovo L13 Yoga Gen 2 won't boot

My Lenovo L13 Gen 2 was working perfectly until two days a when it refused to boot after previous used.

When I press the power button, the power led will lit and goes off immediately with the CPU fan concomitantly spinning for few seconds and then stop.

The reset button did not help to resolve the issue. I have also performed hard reset by:

1. Disconnected the battery
2. Unplug the adapter
3. Hold down the power button for 15sec. Then increased to 30sec, 45sec and finally to 1m.
4. Then plug the adapter.

Is it corrupt bios?

What could the problem?

Hi everyone,

I have realised that there two bios. One has no voltage on pin 8 and the other has 1.8v instead of 3v.

Please I need help to resolve this issue.

1.8V is a standard voltage for those BIOS chips. The other BIOS might be connected to a switched power rail.
Do you have an "Always ON" voltage on the board? The EC chip gets power?
Any coil has a dead-short to GND?
