Better graphics card?

Today I was given a brand new Gigabyte GV-N62256DP2-RH (Nvidia FX6200 256MB) AGP graphics card.
I was planning to replace the ATi 9550 256MB AGP in my brothers bedroom computer... but I'm wondering if it's worth it?

Which one's the better card?

9550 is better. Much better.

is it a FX5200 or a 6200?
anyway, the entire FX series was terrible, and the FX5200 was even slower than a Geforce 3.
never had a 6200. it's one generation newer than the Radeon, but it's the lowest-end model too. they have fairly similar specs, but that doesn't mean much. it probably sucks.
i'd go with the 9550. there's a chance you can soft-mod (or BIOS-mod) it into a 9600(XT?).

Is the 6200 the TC version or not? Otherwise, the 6200 might very well be better.

At a lan party we have some computers for people to use if they don't have a computer and they have a bunch of 9550 256mb AGP's in them, and they actually play cod4 at 800x600 low settings. This was with a compaq presario 2.4ghz p4 and 768mb ram.

Tigerdirect sent us a 6200 pci-e as well as other things as they are a sponsor, we put the 6200 in a computer with a pentium dual core 2ghz with 2gb ram. It fell flat on it's face even in UT2004.
