i would replace all those fusible resistors with metal film ....

d9 d10 is it ? remove one and use resistor and 2x 9v batteries and volt meter ....

yep it needs a good old looking at and any substitute transistors carefully selecting...

be very careful with those bias diodes that are screwed to the heat sink .the wires tend to break off right next to the body and are hard to find new ones and also not easy to fix ....

you now somehow have problems with the protector circuit . or your meter was on millivolts ....

not many places set up to deal with them . l looked into setting up a place to recycle them . there are lots of hoops to jump through plus it costs lots of money . looks maybe lucrative if done correctly . the chemistry changes inside them and create new things that are wanted . cant remember what right now .
