Resistane to GND on PLA1 will be quite low and thats normal. Problem is shorted PQA1.
Very likely end of story as cpu is fried.

Current Sensing Resistor=CLR
Its usually located after 2 dc-in mosfets. Alternatively you can measure resistance to GND on pin5-8 of 2nd dc-in mosfet.
No power should be attached while measuring resistance.

Whats the resistance to GND on CLR?
Seems like main 19V rail is shorted.

In absence of schematics, always do basic things
01.Observe the mb for corrosion/liquid spill etc under scope
02.Check dc-in mosfets voltages and whether 19V reaches CLR
03.Voltage on charging coil(should be 13V or similar approx as NVDC is being used very likely
04.Check whether 5V/3V is generated or not?
05.Check PS_ID is present or not.

Note the difference in suffix BXA & CXA and then the size 192KB /256KB. So very likely wont work.
On NM-D563, ITE ec will auto program if its blank.
Try this trick. Open the EC file in hex editor and select all and autofill it with zero. This way we're creating a blank ec file of 128KB. Now flash the EC with this file. this will make your EC blank.
99% chance your programmer will not give error when flashing blank ec file.
Now apply power and it should auto program itself on 1st boot.
This trick helped me on lots of ITE...

TPS22966 or similar will do. This is just for dc-dc transfer.

Most of the lenovo mb's will program ITE ec on 1st boot on its own as long as EC is blank.

Hold on guys before jumping to order these mosfets. have you checked the resistance to GND on CLR located just after these dc-in mosfets?
I beleive it'll show short to GND. Adapter is no more shorted 'coz you removed the mosfet.
So do check whether your 19v rail is still shorted or not. Else the new mosfet will get shorted again.
Usually whenever, +19V rail gets shorted, the dc-in mosfet also gets shorted. So i beleive your +19V rail is still shorted.
