TV SAMSUNG UE55F6500SS problem led flashing like strobe

Hello i have tv SAMSUNG UE55F6500SS
The roblem is that when i start it all led start flashing like strobe and never stop. I hear the sound regular from the speakers.
I bought new led stripe but the problem is still the same
When i disconnect motherboard from power supply all the led light up without problem.
I tried also to rework bga chip SAMSUNG SEMS30 but nothing.
my motherboard is
BN94-07104N

i tried my friend this bios but the board after this is dead...neither led flash...nothing

Thats why i need my bios cleared from password not another because it must suit with EC CHIP version...

Bios is password protected and i want to clean it.

Hello.
I have problem with a toshiba C855-27U. Motherboard model is PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR DSC MB REV:2.1 (H000052630 WK1327) (7C050790814B).

MOTHERBOARD is full led and after some second close without anything in screen (black screen). i have rework both chip vga and PCH .tried already CPU+ram + reset + bios program nothing. laptop has no screen.
i notice that a power chip TPS51225C is very hot so i have ordered and i change it but still the same behaviour.this chip is near in PCH near to JP8101 also.

I want to find SCHEMATICS but nothing.

I HAVE EZP2010 BIOS PROGRAMMER
I TOOK FROM HP DV6620EV MOTHERBOARD BIOS CHIP AND READ TO PROGRAMMER.
I TOOK A FILE 1024 KB SIZE. I WANT TO REPROGRAM CHIP BUT NEW BIOS FROM HP SUPPORT HAS 1074KB AND WHEN I TRY TO PROGRAMMING CHIP GET ERROR "FILE IS TOO LONG" FOR THIS CHIP.

PLEASE HELP HOW CAN I FIX NEW FILE SO I CAN REPROGRAM BIOS.

hello.i have also a problem with cq60-100ed and i noticed that with all cq60.
i read bios from bios chip ad the size i save is 1024kb.
but in officialy bios from hp the size is 1065kb and when i try to write it back to chip programmer warning me SITE TOO LONG and when i program it anyway laptop being dead.
can anyone send original file from bios cq60 (intel) .i have cq60-100ed
