here is I downloaded from official site but it has 8,194Kb how to cut this and make it 8,192kb?please help

You can cut the cap header with a hex editor, offset 0 - 7FF Length 800 , or use UEFITool.Open bios with UEFITool ,right click on AMI Aptio Capsule - Extract body .

thanks smdflea its working i used UEFITOOL and follow your instructions, now the file is 8,192kb
