Bell 9242 satellite receiver - green vertical lines using HDMI
 

I have a Bell 9242 HDPVR satellite receiver that has a strange HDMI problem. See attached picture. The green vertical lines only occur using the HDMI output. The component output is fine. Already tried multiple cables.

Any idea what could be causing the lines?

I’ve also attached a picture of the HDMI region on the main board.
