I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
I need a schematic of the charger
model: YLT6722000 input: AC100-240V~ 50/60Hz output: DC67.2V 2.0A |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
Please post some pictures of this battery charger board front and back of the board we might be able to help you with it
Please decried what is the issue with and what you have done so far |

Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
What's up with it ?

D3 diode was short-circuited and on U3 the supply resistance is 109 ohms
LED was always green |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
I have a question, can I replace D3 FR207 with 1N5407?
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
No, unless if you want to replace the 1N5407 again.
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
Thank you very much

Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
replaced the diode fr207 and u3 LM358, the battery charges after 5 minutes of shorting the diode and LM358.
exactly as it was |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
need to figure out why it's over current, surprised lm358s fry as their outputs were specced to be shorted to a rail indefinitely, but not beyond a rail.
What capacitor was there? This can't be the 2A output, must be a feedback output of some sort... |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
current consumption when charging 2.10A
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
capacitor 100 µF 35v
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
LM358 ok replaced the diode all works, but how long
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
Anything other than the diode cooking?
Putting a 1N4007 or 1N5407 or a fake FR207 will cause it to self cook. |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
1 Attachment(s)
also heats up MUR1060FCT
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
Does it heat up with nothing connected?
Sure the battery that's being charged is okay? Might be normal too, or simply underdesigned... |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
without load all cold voltage at the output 67.4v, when you connect the battery is strongly heated FR207, the output is 54v
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
Before it happened, the battery was connected to the bike and had not been moved for 2 months.
|
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
how many volts is the battery by itself? Does the battery have shorted cells? Li-ion or SLA battery?
FR207 heating up is still kind of strange, the MUR1060FCT I can understand heating up... |
Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000
BTW If you must "upgrade" the FR207, you can try the FR307 but I don't think that's the right course of action...
oops accidental double post... |
