Replacing broken pads...

I know its insane :) and most of the time i use only jump wires...but sometimes when i see ripped bigger pads from board like from places where you solder bios or ite chip...i would like to make/reconstruct a new pad/pads. And it is not a problem to make it...the problem is how to glue it on board...thats where i am stuck...I tried with several glues and temperature resistance epoxies...but they all fail...when i put my solder pen..thats the end.
Maybe you have some experience on what glue or silicone to use?

if anybody wants uv solder mask, buy the blue, not green and never red.
remember the laser/led is closest to blue and cant penetrate the red or green chemical very deeply.
