Re: Help me with capacitors replacement

It's not a capacitor, it is a 2W10 bridge rectifier. Here is a picture in case the others disappear in the future.

Re: Indentifying an old exploded cap.

It may have been brown, orange, brown, silver 130Ω 10% ntc likely not too critical, it changes the resistance across the 68Ω to slightly vary the output transistors bias when the temperature changes

Re: Indentifying an old exploded cap.

My guess is a thermistor, warm it up a bit and recheck the resistance. This is the best I can figure out because of the glue etc.

It may be a similar circuit to this (I said similar) in the ampf1...

Re: Indentifying an old exploded cap.

It appears to be across that 68Ω resistor, so it could be a thermistor used for temperature compensation? or just a bypass cap, .1 or .01 f
Can you check the parts resistance? that might give a...

The missing decoder will likely be for the FM Stereo, without it you will only receive FM mono.
I would start by cleaning the switches with a cleaner like deoxit, The voltage for the radio section...

Re: Samsung SyncMaster 2493HM black screen with power

If it acts up again, try replacing CM806 (10f/50v) Also CB806 and CP811 (47f/50v), these caps are on the ic's VCC line and fail often.

Re: Dell P1110 21" CRT repair thread

Does the fuse blow as soon as it is plugged in or do you need to press the power button and then it blows?
If it blows as soon as it is plugged in, suspect VDR601 is shorted. Next could be the...

Re: Klipsch RSW-12 subwoofer won't power on

There are schematics for the RW-10 and RW-12, I don't know how close they might be. Maybe post some pictures of the boards.
There is also a RSW-15 available that might be close.

Re: LG Flatron W2361V PSU Troubleshooting

From what I can tell, If you have the +5v you should also have the +22v, both are supplied by the same transformer, so check the connections on the transformer and D201,D205.

I would start by...

Re: Samsung BN44-00516A no 5v Stby

TX801s is the standby transformer, F802s supplies voltage to the transformer primary winding and then to the standby ic. This ic is covered in silicon on the top of the board
Do you have any voltage...

Re: Samsung UN55ES7003 has blown fuse on TCON and short to ground.

The D (cDxx) is likely just that area of the circuit, just like the other side of the board has C (cCxx) and rCxx qCx etc.
The bd200 is just a ferrite Bead (it will check as a short)
CD52 and CD53...
