yes, but when you install it it creates 2 seperate exe files.
i'll check it again later - i'll have to setup a damned windows laptop first though.
not something i normally have here. :)

yes, but using 5 polymers is better.
and the 3300uf caps are tall - so dont put one in the way of the heatsink clip

the fans are always shit,
and they are 12v fans driven from the 20v pump supply via a pair of resistors.

i replaced mine with a high power sunon fan driven with 9v from a buck convertor.
i opted...

best thing to do with the sign is desolder the microcontroller / pia chip and fit an ESP module - then you can control it via wifi :)

are you using the XP version and not the UXP one?
the patch is only for the 48XP software.

did you install it first?
you patch the actual program exe file, not the installer.
btw, you can also use the latest 12.60 i think

the led sign probably has a leaked nicad battery in it - i fixed one before with that issue.

the filaments arent effected by vibration, and they allow much more leds resulting in lower power per led.

the chinese are now making led car lamps that look original using mini led filaments!!
i saw them on ali the other day - not sure how bright they are though.
