Dell uses 24pin mini connector, not the standard ATX. And even if you find that small PSU, but with standard ATX connector, you will have to use adapter or cut the connector and solder the DELL mini...

Today it's more for enthusiasts that can actually pay substantial amount of money for unlocked cpu and mobo.

SSD-s have limited writes. There will be constant writes and reads. I am afraid that the SSD-s won't survive.
And the SSD-s that can survive for at least 3-4 years are 4x the price.
