Im not familiar with the power button and Ir set up on this tv, but if they are separate, unplug the button setup and use the remote control. This was a common problem on older LCD Samsungs.

So I stopped replacing parts for this seemingly easy fix and started investigating posts #3 and 4. This is what I found. Its not an led problem but a screen issue. Seems the tv was power cycling.

So I just installed all new leds and the same is happening. Switched power supplies and same results. PS alone keeps them lit. Im thinking MB at this point. Any suggestions?

Yes, your backlight(s) are bad. Replace all of them and be careful removing the screen. It may be glued down. I just did one last week but really dont remember if this one was glued.
