Re: Database of UPS inverter output waveforms @ HWI

HP T750 G2, Eurocase EA620 and Riello NDG 200 measurements have been added. Hopefully none of that will get lost with more migrations etc. as the Smart-UPS text got :-o

Re: Illinois "PKSM" capacitor

Too lazy right now, but these're small D5 mm (5 or 7 tall), 22 uF/50 V, all black, PKSM, 105 °C, 1512 manufacturing date, nothing else.

It's a little update, they used to use some no-name crap in...

Re: Cap availability problems

Why don't you put 3300/6,3 in there? I don't even trouble myself by stocking 2200 uF, it's worthless.

Re: Trying to repair a HP Z800 850W PSU by Delta

It its some cheap sleeve bearing fan, just disassemble, clean and lube the bearing, and it should run fine again.

Re: HP Proliant ML110 G5 - CAUTION RISK OF FIRE (epic fail!)

Just the adapters. From what it looks like, I think there never was problem with overeheating contants of the connector itself. There must be problem inside, as it always burns from the inside and...

Re: HP Proliant ML110 G5 - CAUTION RISK OF FIRE (epic fail!)

Customer just brought this in today, the very same, fortunately only one drive is dead because of that, but the connector is in even worse shape.

On top of that, fan (ADDA) seized in the power...

Re: Würth Elektronik Electrolytic Capacitors Official Thread

It's believed that the large "soda" can caps from Kemet are at least half-decent, although they are generally cheaper than japanese and similar brands. I would not trust smaller ones though.

BTW,...

Re: Hiper HPU-4S350 - Old but good?

Thought the same  Just that the only decent one which could be used today is with some 775 which accepts C2D at least, and they did not do many of those, maybe only the P33T-A.

Re: Database of UPS inverter output waveforms @ HWI

More measurements of different values of units already in the DB have been added over the year, and also the ol' APC Smart-UPS 900.

Re: Thermaltake ATX supply goes BANG! - TR2 RX-750

Yeah me thinks IPx60R190C6 and 20N60 look like equivalents.

Think that 500V FET should be fine as well, it's two-forward when it has CM6800 without even looking, and most of them usually only had...

Re: ISO Model: ISO-400 350w PSU

:jester::uzi::jester:

don't think CWT has anything to do with this PoS, likely some fake copy if anything :why:
