i also replace bulb with a white led and resistor in the bulb base.

1. old metal apc or best power. old rack mount metal heavy units of other brands can be good too.

i would be much more concerned about the bleeder resistors in that acom rather than a few years old caps.
they drift due to heat.
and when one opens you start hearing snapping as the cap it is...

lower probability of dead caps.
looks like the mfr tried to make a decent unit.
add to the above list of stuff to resolder anything that runs hot....
