Just make sure that you use the correct soldering iron tip and the correct temperature settings and the right flux and solder and take your time and do not get in a hurry

You would be correct that this value would be very high depending on what series you have it could range from 0.39 to around 1.something

It might be depending upon what formula that was used

Then get some flux remover spray will remove it

One note of interest you can take an ice pick and very gently scrape the the flux area...

No this is flux residue and needs to clean off with flux remover or something similar you might have to rub it with q-tip

But with some risk unfortunately it not completely designed correctly for the mosfet to not destroy it self from use

I going to be using an automotive type fuse 80 amp or higher if can find them...

Battery operated battery stud welder testing is going to be done on bench power supply for testing the voltage on the mosfet driver circuit because of know issues with these battery operated battery...

This is a little bit misleading what they are talking about is that the battery terminal tabs on each end need to have there tabs compression but you need to have the battery cells compression so...

Just have to find a surplus battery supplier that you can trust what battery rating and if not delivered can you get reimbursed for your loss this is half the battle I have gotten lucky that I found...

Here are the results from the battery testing machine for the battery test that was done on the battery mentioned above

I would have gotten the same exact results if had charged the battery to 4.2...

And they just go bad and you would not even know it the ones that just have main power because I have them and every one of need to be replaced because they never report that the battery are dead...

Yes they are at the 1.7 to 1.8 when new and as they age the voltage becomes lower when they reach about 1.5 volts they are pretty worn out and will not last long on a charge
