Of course. The voltage rating is the maximum voltage the cap can see in its legs.

So a capacitor rated for 63V could work without issues with lower voltages than 63V.

Try to find the specs, especially the minimum ohms supported.

Thought, I don't think 6ohms speakers would be bad in case monitor...
