If you use the firmware from the spare logicboard you`d have to clean the ME firmware ,or find a working bios with clean ME firmware,and edit your serial into that.

Can you try one more read using AsProgrammer software,just to make sure. Select CH341A at the hardware tab,then select the bios chip manually from the list.

Try this bios,extracted from hp bios update. In your picture i can see some liquid spill just above where the AMD-8L is , clean it up make sure the trace is ok .

Your backup bios is corrupt,it has a big section missing,the EC was missing. Try this repaired bios with clean ME and bios update merged.
