It's called a clock supercapacitor rated at 1F 250V. The one you have listed will work as the ones I have in stock have the same values. Ensure you clean the corrosion around that area though.

For XP, in the past, I have installed Mypal by Fedor2 and New Moon by roytam1. There does exist New Moon SSE for non-SSE2 CPUs.
