Yes, i think these led's i bought are rated with a forward current of 200mA. My tv is drawing about 280mA so i removed from that parallel resistor network two resistors dropping the current to 178mA....

or digikey in the u.s are reputable companies that you have dealt with.

There is a marking on the Y-sus board showing Vsc, i assuem that is the Vscan? This measurement is on the plug going to the buffer boards.
I must add that upon switch on this voltage slowly climbs...

Ok, i shorted the auto gen pins and removed the LVDS cable to the logic board. Switched on set and nothing still no panel drive.
