Re: LED Driver board Question

It's not unusual to have a mix of resistors in parallel to give you the exact value you want.

Re: BENQ G2420HD no back light after few sec

If the second transformer is not reading approx 2000 ohms as the first transformer then it does looks like the fault.

Re: higher standby voltage on a phillips tv power supply

Is that a crack on the transformer. Others have had ferrite transformers that have cracked possibly from overheating of the windings. There is a post on the forum regarding this issue.

Re: Sony KD-55X8507C Completely dead

The 5V Vref looks like a reasonable value. When Vref is a rediculously low value it can be a clue to the IC being faulty. The 300 to 500 ohms doesn't seem too bad a resistance reading.

Are the two...

Re: Dead Vestel 17IPS71 power board

Disconnect the mainboard from the power supply and power up. Check if Pin 9 of CN4 = 5V. If not then this voltage comes from the mainboard and is fed back to the power supply.

Re: Dead Vestel 17IPS71 power board

It looks like the diodes have had their legs cut to check them but D13 and D15 look as though they are not soldered back in place correctly.

You have missed some of the voltages on the connector

Re: LG 42LB5600 standby light works but no picture and clicking sound

Re: LG TV 32LD650N - Slow to turn on. No display

You could check if there's a delay with PIN 29 receiving the Power On/Off and also check PIN 6 receiving the 3.3V Not anticipating an issue but may be worth checking.
