Use your AC Volt meter to measure the Voltage between AC outlet ground and the metal part of the Macbook.
Plug the Macbook power supply into the GFCI outlet then use your AC Amp meter between outlet...

Bottom line, you need to ground the exposed metal of the computer to the AC safety ground, and to add safety, plug the AC adapter into GFCI outlet.

Can we see more details spec about the spec of this meter? Make and brand?
As shown, it can read down to 000.1uA on 400uA scale with one decimal point resolution.

That test will only be applied to the power supply board that has pull-up resistors for the power supply control signal lines for self test purpose, your power supply board does not have pull-up...

The 6.8 Ohm across the relay contact is for limiting inrush current when power is applies to the circuit, the relay is closed to bypass the resistor when TV is turned on.
