I don't think this is a mainboard problem. You eliminated T-con. I would focus on side COF's. May have a bonding issue.

Error codes on tv's are rudimentary at best. Heating up processor is easy way to eliminate possible bga problem.

May not be bad voltages. I would check data lines first and see if you have any voltage on them.

Ok, looks like center from video. Can you look from back and see if backlights flickering?
If not t-con, then likely panel.

Looks like 2 circuits. Test one at a time. Appears ground is chassis. Also high voltage.

Your vgh looks like vin, not vgh. There are no standard terminology for this.

Is that the right resistor wattage R7900? And you double checked that diode D7950 was installed right?

You say things are good. Most fixed their problem with just a couple of component changes. How do we know you didn't replace a 2.2ohm with a 220 ohm?

You got to love when people don't post how they fixed a problem.
So remove that resistor check from shorted pad and locate shorts then remove one at a time until short goes away.
