Bad news. Unfortunately this ic appears to be blank. It gets recognized properly but reads all FF's. I tried a different flash ic and it reads fine. Sorry for the let-down.

If you see any shorts where the hdmi port came off run your iron over them to remove them. The board will still work fine without the port there provided the cpu isn't seeing a short.

I don't know much about OLED's perhaps someone else will answer that BUT I think the horizontal line is a panel failure which probably killed your original tcon and if so will likely kill its...

A coil should show low resistance. And the "caps" in your second pic are not caps they are filters and should also show a low resistance.
