Try to boot only with one DRAM module, in all 4 slots one after the another.
Try another RAM stick brand, sometimes some RAM's are not 100% compatible.
If you manage to boot try to increase RAM...

Hi, there is no datasheet even at the Renesas site, so it might be not released still or it's a custom chip. The only information avaliable is attached, but not much of use as pin numbers missing....

They should od the job for this card, for a newer card I would go for 125C. Pay attention to the dimensions, so that they fit into the space under the cooler.

There must be something more out of order. I would assume that in 3d there is much more power consumed buy the GPU, thats probably the difference. Something is disturbing the correct work of the VRM...

Forgot to write, SLP_S3# enables also the PSON# via the SIO. Chipset also monitors the Power Button signal, and probably based also on that generates the SLP_S3# signal.
