A memory battery under 3V is considered "spent". Check the pins on the CPU socket and see if some are bent, check and clean the ram slots with 99% IPA, take a white eraser and clean the contacts on...

BTW: on your second picture there are 2 relays and 2 brown capacitors. The top brown capacitor looks to me bad.

Back a few years ago I bought a WD green 2TB EARS drive. 13 months later, bad sectors without an end. Actually 2 weeks after the warranty ran out.

See, wasn't that hard. Folks get waaay to hung up into parts numbers and try to find an exact match to replace the broken part. The thing here is to "look" at the broken part, pull up the spec sheet...
