If charging ic see short on main 19V line it turn off two main mosfets

check all highside mosfets for short and u can inject even 20V, but u need to have current max 1A

that 13V is way low. it is ok for stepdown circuits but not for logic.

u can just jump it. its 19V so u dont need coil to smooth voltage like in step-down circuit

i bypass the BQ, but dont have EN signals on 3/5V chip TPS51220. so i inject EN signals and have steady 5V and 3.3V , but still dont have no voltage on powerswitch. REG3 and REG5 is ok

SIO is ITE...
