arduino doesnt upload the INO - ever
that's "c", it compiles it into binary before upload.
you can save that compiled version.

the pre-load is in the virtual-usbdrive on the stlink part.
or it will have a weblink.

it's all in the cube software anyway.

btw, to flash code into nucleo's you just copy your bin or hex into...

it's not your bios though.

yes - a big stm chip - not like the bluepill.
bluepill is a good step forward from AVR's, but there are some fakes around now. :(

btw, you can get stm boards with standard arduino size boards...

those lines are typical samsung!
for some reason the tabs going onto the glass fail a lot more on samsung panels than others.

make sure you use 16v there,
some boxes gave a 10v cap, but the voltage across it is already 9v
it smooths the power around a linear regulator

the invertor monitors the current, 3 lamps uses less than 4 so it detects a fault.

there is a fair chance that the lamp is still useable and the wire has broken or burned off one of the pins btw....

ARDUINO is not hardware, it's the software platform which is based on the GCC C compiler with lots of libraries to make it simple to manipulate the hardware.

yes, if they dont clash on the network.
so dont poll the slaves multiple times a second and it should work fine

it would help if you call them master and slaves.
master commands, slaves respond when spoken to.

the "master" is the monitoring station with all the lights & shit,
the stations would be considered clients/slaves because they answer requests rather than making them.
