Re: Samsung ue46f8000st hdmi not working

Have you tried other HDMI leads or source. Seems odd that 2 boards have the same issue.

Do the HDMI show up on the AV select menu or are they missing or greyed out?

Re: Philips 42PF9541/98 42" LCD TV No 1.2v error

Re: NEC MultiSync V552 power on and off (E-Waste Dumpster Diving)

It could well be a backlight inverter board problem or even a led problem.

"Fuses are all OK." These are the 3 that are on the inverter board and hecked out OK?

Re: Philips 42PF9541/98 42" LCD TV No 1.2v error

Are you able to change the suspected mosfet.
7U01-1 and 7U01-2 supplies +3V3

One of the mosfets 7U03 supplies +1V2
and the other 7U03 supplies +2V5

Have you checked fuse 1U01

Re-reading your first post if you injected 1.2V and a current of between 300 to 400mA flowed, would indicate it's feeding into a resistance of approximately 3.5 ohms?

Have you measured VGH resistance to chassis. If it's not short circuit could you supply 30V from a power supply with current limit set and see what happens?

Re: Pioneer PDP 436 SXE Strange Sound

Check all the boards you removed are back in place securely and that you have not missed a connector out.
Post some photo's so people can see the interconnections between boards.
