can check the datasheet on that regulator, are the other ones on the board the same with same id? if so maybe check the voltages on them and compare to that one.

samsung, unplug cable from powerboard to mainboard, leave off, plug power cord in, see if backlights come on and stay on, if they do, then backlights and powerboard are ok.

check capacitors on powerboard, specially the ones around the connector where the cable from powerboard to mainboard is and check all the solder joints on underside of powerboard, google bad joint...

jumped the auto gen, no patterns just black, during auto gen jump the red led on front, when I power on goes red then fades out then 2 seconds later comes back on and stays on, relay clicks about 4...

Have the exact same led blinking on control board on a 50PT350: "the led on the control board gives 4 flashes, the 3rd flash lasts longer than the first 2, and the 4th is quick": also had a IC110...

if the TV is detecting the device as the only source of energy, but cannot connect. Restoring your Wi-Fi settings to their defaults should fix the issue. You must enter a correct password to log in.

maybe try some isolation, maybe start with unhook ribbon cables from tcon to panel driver board, then see if the clicking stops, if not then unhook lvds cable from tcon or mainboard, see if clicking...

pretty sure it means your backlights and powerboard are ok, so could be mainboard or tcon or panel I suppose.

does the tv have sentimental value? if not it might not be worth the effort if it is fixable, I'm in the U.S., they give these crt tvs away daily and they work fine.
