I think I answered my own question, but just looking for verification, I believe by this picture, measurement, and chart attached, that these should be 1/4W resistors....

Ok, so I am tracing the circuit back and the next transistors for each channel, from what I can gather are Q509-Q512, I took those out of circuit and tested them, two of which are PNP, and the other...

So I tested out the 4 main transistors and all 4 are shorted out......:( I removed them from circuit just to check all of them, and they are all indeed shorted out.

Yep, I appreciate the help, I actually replaced every cap on the SMPS, so the bad one was the only one I didn't have on hand.....go figure.......

Before I saw your reply, I soldered in the 2.2uf in place of the 0.47uf just to try it, and it came right on.....I'll get a new 0.47uf and put that in its place when it comes in......I'll update when...

I have two caps, one of 2.2uf and another is 0.22uf, will either of those be ok???

Is it possible to subsitute the 0.47uf cap @ C107 with another value? I found a cap to replace C109, but dont have one for C107, not sure if that's a possibility or not?????

I changed out C205/C206 with new caps 1000uf/25v, but no change, I guess I'll need to source new caps for C109 and C107, as I dont have those values on hand......

Ahh, good eye, I took another look at the cap, and I think you're right! makes better sense to me now, It does look like it could have leaked electrolyte......

Physically the cap looks fine, doesnt look bulging or otherwise broken anywhere, although I know that just because it looks fine physically that doesnt mean that it's a good component....It does test...

What do you actually mean when you say the cap is "wet" on the bottom, Im not familiar with that term.....

Check page 2, and page 7, I think it is polarized, at least from what I can find......Hopefully I picked an ok one, cause I couldnt find any close equivalent on the electrolytic side of selection on...
