90 Ohm is a normal resistance, it can be even lower, and 1 volt is the power supply of the processor core (there is always low resistance on this bus).

Rather, these are completely different microcircuits that you are comparing, your native 8 pin. connected to a diode and an inductor, the other inductor is not visible.

If there is a bolon with liquid for cleaning contacts, then you can puff to the contact groups of the switches and click them back and forth (contact may disappear in them).

Usually, the eeprom or spi flash is marked with a dot or a strip of paint (indicating that the microcircuit has been programmed and tested).
