Damaged unknow component BenQ RL2240H

Hello Folks,

I have a problem w a BenQ RL2240H, have a sortcircuit in HDMI zone (IC serigrafied as U5), if I lift this component the monitor works well by VGA input, of course HDMI not works ..

Anyone can help me to idendify this??? ...
