RCA RLCDV3282A-B LCD power off and on every few minutes

I have a LCD combo tv model RCA RLCDV3282A-B, and it broke down. The symptoms were

[1] very low volume

[2] flickerring image proportional to sound and brightness

[3] the power turns off and on every few minutes

So I took it apart and looked at the power board. I found some swollen capacitors. So I replaced all electrolytic capacitors (14 of them) according to their original specs.

Unfortunately it did not fixed all problems. I have a the volume and no more flickering (good image). However, the power turns off and on every few minutes randomly.

What I am missing? What are my next steps?

might be a solder joint problem, recheck your work and check all other solder joints.

Can't see your connector pin out. Need to check your voltages on connector to mainboard.

recheck your work and make sure that and ALL the other solder joints are good.
