Thanks for this!! I have 2 dead LA-7983P, same symptom - power up light (fan spin up and ethernet lights as well) and then off....then recycles power indefinitely until removed. Anyone fix this issue or know what it could be? Already tried a GPU reflow and new CPU, new RAM, Bios batt removal. They both have +5v and +3.3v. It's the +1v for the CPU that goes back to 0v on power off cycle.Last edited by segasonicfan; 12-08-2016, 03:42 PM.
