I would check the programming and see if it did not get scrambled or corrupted. Check that the correct battery type is programmed - lead-acid, lithium, LiPO4, and 12/24V.
If the programming is good, then look for a bad connection in your wiring, or inside there could be a cracked/bad solder joint. If you are too rough screwing in the terminal blocks, you can break the connection on the PCB.
I could not find a good manual for the charger controller. It seems to shut off if it is overheating, over or under-current. Than might be causing it to stop.
Or you just have too small a solar panel, cloudy days and the battery is going low.
