It could be a Diodes Inc. DMN63D8LW
https://www.diodes.com/assets/Datasheets/DMN63D8LW.pdf MXX is the marking code
H is the year 2020 and 8 is the month of August ,if the PCB was made after that date there`s a good chance its the right part,unless its already been replaced
